Summer is almost here – It’s a great time to move to the Hollywood Riviera! There are currently 14 houses for sale ranging in price from approximately $650K – $2 million. (There is one for $7.8 million on the bluff as well….but I’m not including it in this article as it becomes and ‘outlier’ and changes all the statistics.) Of those 14 homes for sale, there are a couple that just came on the market this week. One in particular is a fabulous find for someone who wants a fabulous, panoramic ocean, harbor, city and mountain view and be able to customize the home to your tastes (another way to say the house needs some work…..but it’s got great bones!) This one is $1.1million – which at this point is about the average of all the homes to choose from.
There are also two nice condos currently for sale in the Riviera – one for $500K and the other for $610K. Both are in nice locations.
