Kelly has been part of the South Bay community since her high school days at South High (“Go Spartans!”) after growing up on the Main Line in Philadelphia. She attended San Diego State, earning a Speech Communication degree, and later the Design Institute of San Diego, where she completed her Interior Design degree—skills that elevate her work in real estate today.
Kelly is married and has two girls. She lives, works, and plays in the Hollywood Riviera, and her children attended the local schools. She feels incredibly fortunate to call this community home.
Kelly began her real estate career in 2000 as a Coldwell Banker agent in the Malaga Cove office in Palos Verdes Estates, where she earned “Rookie of the Year” her first year in the business.
In 2003, she moved to Estate Properties in Palos Verdes, where she enjoyed many successful years and was honored to be part of the Platinum Club each year, the elite Chairman’s Circle in 2007 and 2012, and the Hall of Fame in 2008. Kelly is exceptionally hardworking, loves what she does, and brings enthusiasm and a sense of humor to every transaction—something her clients truly appreciate.
