A long-time South Bay resident since her high school years at South High, Kelly combines deep roots with a versatile professional background, including degrees in Speech Communication and Interior Design. Based in Malaga Cove, Palos Verdes Estates, Kelly specializes in the Hollywood Riviera and the surrounding Beach Cities, such as Redondo Beach, Hermosa & Manhattan Beaches, providing clients with unmatched knowledge of schools, amenities, dining, shopping, and trusted home improvement resources. Kelly enjoys sharing her real estate expertise with first-time buyers, repeat clients, sellers, and those relocating to the South Bay. She customizes her proven systems for each and every client.

Kelly has been part of the South Bay community since her high school days at South High (“Go Spartans!”) after growing up on the Main Line in Philadelphia. She attended San Diego State, earning a Speech Communication degree, and later the Design Institute of San Diego, where she completed her Interior Design degree—skills that elevate her work in real estate today.

Kelly is married and has two girls. She lives, works, and plays in the Hollywood Riviera, and her children attended the local schools. She feels incredibly fortunate to call this community home.

Kelly began her real estate career in 2000 as a Coldwell Banker agent in the Malaga Cove office in Palos Verdes Estates, where she earned “Rookie of the Year” her first year in the business.

In 2003, she moved to Estate Properties in Palos Verdes, where she enjoyed many successful years and was honored to be part of the Platinum Club each year, the elite Chairman’s Circle in 2007 and 2012, and the Hall of Fame in 2008. I had the difficult task of selling my mom's outdated condo in PV and Kelly made it so much easier and less stressful for me. She is quick to respond, so efficient, so easy to work with, and she was hands-on the entire time (even helping me clean out and oversee the staging of the property). She also dealt with the difficult HOA and made sure we passed all inspections - I didn't have to talk to anyone which was great.
