Hollywood Riviera Real Estate Market Update – April 9, 2015
As you can see, there are 18 single family homes being actively marketed here in the Hollywood Riviera right now. The average price of those 18 Hollywood Riviera homes for sale is $1,690,778. This is artificially inflated as there is not only one, but two outliers in the $4 million plus price range in the group. These homes are located on the Paseo de la Playa bluff right on/above Torrance Beach. If we take these outliers out of the mix, we end of with a real average price of $1,358,750, which is a little more representative of the actual inventory in the Hollywood Riviera neighborhood. 
They have an average of 40 days on the market with the most days on market being 199 and then we have a couple of homes that just came on the market within the last one day! Of the homes for sale currently, the most interesting to me is the one on Via La Circula listed for $1 million dollars. It’s basically all original or one might say “vintage” in nature. It’s got great bones though and a terrific location. People love that lower, Redondo Beach address for its proximity to places like El Retiro Park and the Riviera Village. So nice to be able to walk over to El Retiro and hit the library or the tennis courts. And of course being able to walk into the Riviera Village for dinner or a cup of coffee is always alluring. These are just a few reasons people love living here in the Hollywood Riviera.
