Broker’s Open House Tours – on Tuesdays we spend our afternoons (11am – 1pm) checking out properties for sale in the Palos Verdes area. Today was an extra rough day…..ha, ha.
I had to head out to Rancho Palos Verdes to the Portuguese Bend Club and check out a new listing on Seawall – it was listed for $1,325,000 and is literally steps to sand, paddle ball courts, firepits and palapas. There was a nice deck off the main living area so you could view the sunsets, ocean and beach just below. Hand me my kayak and sign me up is all I gotta say! Here’s a photo of part of my ‘rough’ day – hee, hee!
After that, I ended up in Lunada Bay, a lovely neighborhood within Palos Verdes Estates. One of its premier streets, Rocky Point Rd, is where this particular Broker’s Open House was. Premier was an understatement when we got to this Mediterranean home of over 4100 sq ft built in 2006. This property, listed for just under $5 million dollars, sits atop a bluff overlooking the rocky shores of the Pacific Ocean with views of the entire South Bay coastline. What a beauty it was, so well appointed. I got to have lunch out on the veranda with the fabulous view!! Not a bad stop on a lovely, crisp winter day in Palos Verdes!
